In standard SM configuration with 2 x Ali 80s, to dive sump one and explore restriction, keeping conservative as first dive at this location, turn on reaching thirds on each cylinder or end of sump one. No additional stages carried.
This site is easier to dive in sidemount mainly due to the restriction at the entrance/exit. We had divers in our group previously enter in backmount twins, but sidemount is preferable. The restriction lasts for approx 30m after which the passage widens significantly.
The surrounding rock is nice and light giving it a very clean and well lit feeling. We turned before the end of sump one and each exited with 150+bar in each cylinder as dive remains shallow throughout.
The flow exiting the system is low and helps ensure the visibility remains good.

There is plenty of parking above the dive base marked by an information sign. The path down is marked separately and ensures divers keep off the adjoining farmland. The head pool has easy access and is good for kitting up.
